Candidates who wish to become a CCIP must pass the BSCI 642-801 or composite 642-891, QOS 642-642 and MPLS 642-611 BGP 642-661 or you can do BSCI 642-801 or composite 642-891, QOS 642-642 and BGP=MPLS 642-691 BGP+MPLS which is a combo of BGP+MPLS exam.

What can be done in terms of Recertification for CCIP?

The certification validity period is three years. Certification will thus be required.

Any of the exams that bear the 642-691 or 642-661 and 642-611 will count towards recertification at the CCIP level.

You are also permitted to take the CCIE written exam to recertify for this Cisco certification.
